Do you take requests for custom pieces (special orders)?
When my schedule allows, I am able to work on commission. Please use our contact form and let me know what you have in mind.

Are the ceramic plates, mugs, and bowls dishwasher safe? Microwave safe?
Yes! Everything I make is perfectly safe for the dishwasher and the microwave.

Can plates and dishes be used in the oven?
Everything should be fine for the oven as well, though I do strongly recommend starting things out in a cool oven then heating for a more gradual change in temperature. Sudden changes in temperature (from the refrigerator directly into a hot oven, for example) may cause cracking in the clay or glaze.

Are the garden and outdoor ceramics weather resistant? Will rain/snow/sun have any affects?
The outdoor and garden ceramics are very durable and should last many years in the elements. Ceramic Japanese Lanterns, for example, can be safely left out year round. Birdbaths, or anything that holds water should be turned over or brought inside during the cold winter months when water may freeze (and expand).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Besides the United States, we certainly do ship to other countries. However, we cannot be held responsible for ceramic mugs, plates, bowls, lanterns, or other items that may break during overseas shipping.
